Changyang Technology has obtained an invention patent for a coating reflective film based on organic fluorescent coating and its preparation method, marking a new stage in the application of COF materials in display technology.

This patent utilizes a new topological structure [4+4] COF (3D-TPE-COF) with tetraphenylethylene (TPE) units as a fluorescent material added to the coating solution. The obtained reflective film can effectively convert high-energy blue light, making the backlight module emit higher brightness and closer to white.

Performance advantages:

3D-TPE-COF fluorescent material forms hydrogen bonds with polymer particles, avoiding polymer particle aggregation and improving the wear and scratch resistance of the coated reflective film. Tests have shown that display devices using this technology have significantly improved brightness and color uniformity.

Industrial impact:

This technology solves the problems of aging and yellowing that traditional reflective films are prone to after long-term use, providing a more reliable solution for high-end display devices. It is expected to be widely used in fields such as smartphones, tablets, and televisions.
